Bring what you love to
what you do.

Mariana wants to discover what every customer needs.

Mariana

Mariana, a Specialist at an Apple Store in Los Angeles, demonstrates a product to a young boy at a store.

As a Specialist in Los Angeles, Mariana understands the importance of connecting with everyone who visits her store. It's her job to find the right product to fit each customer's needs. Mariana can easily share her favorite things about Apple products, but she finds it even more gratifying to help others discover their passions. "I love to show how Apple products can enrich the customers' own lives. That's the most rewarding thing for me."

Jeronimo is a Technical Specialist. And a people specialist.

Jeronimo

Jeronimo, a Technical Specialist, shows an Apple Store customer how to use the camera on iPhone.

When Jeronimo first interviewed with us, he realized that personality was even more important for this role than a tech-heavy resume. He's since taken advantage of his team's support, including the coaching and mentoring that have brought his skills to life — for today and tomorrow. Now Jeronimo is paying it forward: "The leaders here remind me of the high school computer teacher who first inspired me to explore my interest in technology. In this role, I try to be that person for others."

Support

When a customer becomes an owner, it's the beginning of a relationship. And this team helps make sure that relationship thrives. You'll make the most of your own passions to help customers bring their personal projects to life. You might help one customer sync music with video, show another how to retouch their photos, or even teach a child to code. If you have a talent for hands-on problem solving, you can address customers' technical issues to reconnect them with the Apple experience they love. Roles include Creative, Technical Specialist, and Genius.

Consuela believes her community makes her store unique.

Consuela

Consuela, a Store Leader at Apple Union Square, chats with team members at a store.

Every Apple Store is designed to engage its local community, and no one understands this more than Consuela, a Store Leader at Apple Union Square. She's committed to motivating her team to engage with customers in new and exciting ways. "I want our store to be a dynamic place to work, shop, and explore. We bring in local artists, teachers, and entrepreneurs to share their knowledge and experiences. My team and I get as much out of these interactions as our customers do."

Leadership
